Using Altura Aviation
1. About Altura’s role
Altura Aviation arranges private air charter transportation as an air charter broker. Altura is not the direct air carrier and does not exercise operational control of the aircraft. A properly authorized direct air carrier operates each flight. Before a booking contract is entered, Altura will provide the applicable carrier and broker-capacity disclosures for that trip.
2. Requests, proposals, and booking
A trip request or proposal is not a confirmed reservation. Aircraft and crew availability, schedule, routing, and pricing may change until the direct carrier has confirmed the trip and the client has accepted the final quote and completed its stated requirements. The final quote, signed agreement, and trip-specific carrier terms govern the particular booking.
3. Pricing and payment
The final quote will state the trip price and applicable taxes, fees, payment timing, and any known charges payable directly to third parties. Any additional service or material trip change should be presented for approval as required by the applicable agreement. Payment processing may be provided by a third-party payment service.
4. Changes, cancellation, and refunds
Change, cancellation, and refund terms depend on the signed final quote and the direct carrier’s applicable terms for that trip. Review those trip-specific terms before accepting a booking; this draft does not set a universal cancellation fee or refund schedule.
5. Client and passenger information
The client is responsible for providing complete and accurate booking and passenger information, and for reviewing the itinerary and trip documents. Passengers must follow the direct carrier’s instructions and applicable travel, security, and documentation requirements.
6. Member accounts and privacy
Keep account credentials secure and notify Altura if you believe an account has been used without permission. Use of the member portal and handling of personal information are also described in Altura’s Privacy Policy.
